At Blinds Factory, we believe in honest pricing and reliable service. Because we manufacture our blinds right here in our UK factory, we can maintain strict quality control and offer some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry.

Our Shipping Rates

To keep things simple, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee regardless of how many blinds you order.

  • UK Mainland Delivery: £8.40 (Fixed flat rate)

  • Order Volume: Whether you order 1 blind or 20, you only pay £8.40 per order.

[!NOTE] Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship to UK Mainland addresses. Due to courier restrictions on long/oversized parcels, we are unable to offer overseas or offshore distribution at this time.


Lead Times & Despatch

We know you’re excited to transform your home. We work quickly to get your made-to-measure blinds from our factory floor to your front door.

  • Fast Track Collections: Many of our popular styles are available for 48-hour despatch.

  • Standard Made-to-Measure: Items not in our fast-track range typically have an estimated production time of 3–7 working days.

  • Combined Orders: If your order contains multiple products with different lead times, we will despatch your entire order once the final item is ready. This helps us keep your shipping costs low.


What to Expect on Delivery Day

  • Trusted Couriers: We use respected national couriers to ensure your custom blinds arrive safely.

  • Signature Required: To ensure your order is received in perfect condition, a signature is generally required. If you won't be home, you can provide an alternative delivery address (like a workplace) during checkout.

  • Track Your Order: Once your blinds leave our factory, you will receive a despatch email so you can monitor their journey.


Delivery FAQ's

Can I change my delivery address? If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been despatched, we are unable to redirect it.

What if my blinds arrive damaged? We offer a "No Quibble Guarantee" that your goods will arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of transit damage, please sign for the parcel as "Damaged" and contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a priority replacement.
